![]() ![]() After this first arc passes though, it almost feels like we are getting a repeat of what has already transpired, but with a different context each time. On the whole, the story starts off as an incredibly immersive mystery, complete with a red herring and a satisfying conclusion (and a hot girl-). The same battle track seems to play for a good 50% of serious fights, and reused visuals (and SFX) during transformations are fairly evident. The voice actor (Tachiki Fumihiko) behind the transformation sound effect deserves ![]() The animation and art style are also pretty interesting because of the constant transformations that have to do with their Kamen Rider identities. I was immediately drawn into this show because of the amazingly jazzy soundtrack, complete with badass sax riffs and an incredible ED (including the visuals!). I don't know anything about Kamen Rider culture in general, but the idea of two dudes being genius Power-Ranger-detectives is slightly-outlandish-but-entertaining, if nothing else. Well, maybe it's a little bit more because of the Kamen Rider stuff. ![]()
